After the upfront work was done, we set up the cold email infrastructure to send 1300 emails/day while keeping deliverability and reputation as a main priority.
Then we scrapped a list of HVAC companies that fit the specific employee count/revenue count we knew could afford SEO Guru’s pricing.
We started working together in the first week of 2024, and after the seven-day onboarding process, we started getting positive replies from HVAC owners from day 1.
